Title: Candied Cherry Tomatoes

Yield: 1 Batch

4cCherry tomatoes; stemmed
1 1/2cButtered bread crumbs
1/2cBrown sugar; or honey
3tbButter
1/4cOnion; chopped
3/4tsSalt

Saute onion in butter. Add washed cherry tomatoes, 6 tbsp of brown sugar or honey, and salt. Cook very slowly to prevent sticking, until liquid evaporates. Put mixture in a baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and remaining sugar or honey and bake in 350 F oven until crumbs brown.
